What we collect

Enquiries: your name, email, phone number and message when you use the contact form. Accounts and orders: name, email, country, billing details (company name, address, GSTIN if you give one), the packages you order, invoices and payment references. Project files: scope, SRS, WRS, design assets and any other documents you upload. Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, create and manage your account, deliver and invoice your project, keep records we are legally required to keep (such as tax invoices), protect the site against abuse, and improve how it works. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

We do not store card numbers. Payments are made by UPI, bank transfer or international bank wire, or through a payment provider such as Razorpay if it is enabled for your order. We keep the payment reference you give us so we can match your payment to your invoice.

Uploaded documents

Files you upload are stored privately and are accessible only to you and our team. They are not publicly linked and are used only to deliver your project. You can ask us to delete project files after delivery, subject to records we must keep by law.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery, hosting and payment processing) and when the law requires it. Where a provider is outside India, your information may be processed in that country.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect forms. The site may remember your currency choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this section will be updated.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account, order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting rules. Project files are kept while your project is active and for a limited period after delivery unless you ask us to remove them earlier.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, forms are protected against forgery, uploads are stored outside the public web folder, and the site runs over HTTPS. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time. Where the law of your country gives you additional rights (for example under GDPR in the EU or UK), we will honour them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
